REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 25, 2026

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the digital nature of "Energy Credits" and the immediate costs incurred by AI processing,all purchases are strictly non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account balance, they are considered "consumed" and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for cash.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

For absolute clarity, the following are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Energy Credits: Even if unused.
  • AI Generated Content: Dissatisfaction with the accuracy, style, or outcome of a Tarot reading, Numerology report, or AI image.
  • Subscription Fees: If applicable, subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.

3. THE ONLY EXCEPTION

We will only offer a refund in the event of a proven Technical Failure, defined as:

  • A transaction was charged to your card, but the credits were never added to your account balance due to a system error.
